FREE SHIPPING is offered only for customers who keep their item and is non-refundable.

I do NOT replace broken chains if they are older than 3 days from delivery

APPROVED EXCHANGE: Upon receipt I will credit original purchase less shipping & handling fees, restocking fee may apply. Item must be returned in original condition and original packaging, new/unused with tracking shipping method.

Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Our items are handmade to order, meaning these items are made to your order selection (size/length) therefore do not qualify for return or exchange. We offer some tips on how to confirm bracelet or necklace sizes prior to making a purchase. If you need any assistance in finding the right fit, please reach out. I am happy to help!

ABOUT LOST PACKAGES

Shop is not accountable for lost packages or packages marked as delivered via USPS tracking delivery confirmation number. All shipments are mailed with USPS tracking, and package is tracked through delivery.

Our shop is not accountable for a wrong address listed on your order. Ensure all ship to information is accurate in your Etsy account settings prior to submitting your order.

 If an address change is needed after order submittal, please reach out directly and we can make a note to update the ship to address at time of shipment.

Insurance can be purchased for your shipment during checkout for a small fee.




EARRINGS

Pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

BRACELET & NECKLACE SIZING

STRETCH BRACELET: To find your bracelet size - Measure all the way around your wrist bone ensuring contact with skin (snug, no gaps, but not tight) - ORDER 1/2" larger for fitted or 1" larger for a loose fit.

CHAIN BRACELET: To find your bracelet size - Measure all the way around your wrist bone ensuring contact with skin (snug, no gaps, but not tight) - 3/4" - 1" larger to ensure you are able to clasp the bracelet. For thick Chains - Add 1" or more.

NECKLACE: To get the best idea of how a necklace will look on you, take a string, measure it to the desired length and place it around your neck as you would a necklace.

This means, 14K gold filled pieces are generally safe for individuals with sensitive skin.

OUR STERLING SILVER Items • You get high quality Solid 925 Sterling Silver from end to end. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize slowly as it becomes exposed to air, this is an inherent trait of silver jewelry. To preserve sterling silver pieces, store in an air-tight/zip-lock type baggie.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. In the event Etsy does not collect at time of purchase, these charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. 



NOTE: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Custom and personalized orders

All of orders are packaged in either a box/pouch/bag. Multiple item orders are combined into one box/pouch/bag.



Gift Giving Orders: If purchasing multiple items as gifts and need each item packaged separately, kindly leave me a note to packaged individually and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
